Dr. Pericles P. Dakay
Member

Active in the engineering, management, and civic sectors, Dr. Pericles P. Dakay is a member of the USC Board of Trustees and the Chairman of its Infrastructure Development and Physical Plant Committee from June 2003 to May 2006. At present, he is the President and Manager of Dakay Construction and Development Corporation since May 1995, and the Treasurer of Los Cañones Corporation since December 2001. At the University of Missouri-Rolla Engineering Education Center St. Louis, MO, he was an Assistant Professor for four years and a Research Assistant for two years. Also for two years, he was a Principal Engineer at Dynamic System International, Ltd., St., Louis, MO, and a Project Manager at Fink Structural Steel Corporation Cebu.

Dr. Dakay holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of San Carlos; an M.S. in Business Management from the University of the Philippines, Cebu; an M.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Missouri-Rolla, MO; and a Ph.D. in Engineering Management from the University of Missouri-Rolla, MO.
