The former President of the University of San Carlos from 1999 to 2002, Fr. Francisco T. Estepa, SVD is a Member of the USC Board of Trustees from June 2004 to May 2007. Fr. Estepa is the President of Divine Word College of Legazpi since 2002 to present and the past President of the Association of Cebu Catholic Schools in 2000. He served as Dean of the University of San Carlos College of Arts and Sciences from 1997 to 1999 and as Chair of the Religious Education Department of the same university from 1998 to 1999. At the Divine Word University-Tacloban, he was the Vice-President for Academic Affairs from 1987 to 1990, and the Vice-President for Administration from 1985 to 1997. Fr. Estepa was the Chaplian of the Divine Word College in Tagbilaran City from 1984 to 1985. He received a Ph.D. in Educational Administration from the Catholic University of America Washington, DC.
