A lawyer and priest, Fr. Ernesto M. Lagura, SVD is a Member of the USC Board of Trustees from August 2005 to May 2008. Simultaneously, he is the President of Holy Name University in Tagbilaran City, Bohol. Fr. Lagura has served the University of San Carlos as Vice President for Academic Affairs from 2000 to 2005, as Professor in the Colleges of Law and Commerce, as President from 1999 to 2000, and as Legal Consultant from 1999 to date.
