ACADEMIC REGISTER INFORMATION SYSTEM (ARIS) SECTION
The ARIS Section handles tasks concerning enrolment, structured data collection, storage, retrieval and management of records. The ARIS Support Staff initiates improvements, revisions and modifications of ARIS functionality to improve its services and to be more client-friendly. Administrative and academic policies and procedures in the use and implementation of ARIS are enforced by this Section.
The Office of the University Registrar coordinates with the College Deans, the Department Chairs and the other administrative officers of the University with regard to academic activities of students, revisions of curricular programs, offering of new courses, etc. Students who wish to verify their academic records are encouraged to see the University Registrar for proper guidance and advice.
