COMMUNITY EXTENSION SERVICE (CES)
1. Adopted Community of the University of San Carlos
In collaboration with the USC administration’s program of uplifting the quality of life of the community, the Internal Audit Department regularly supports the USC CES program for its adopted community in St. Arnold Janssen Parish, Basak, Cebu City through donations of food clothing, and other basic necessities.
.
One of the most remarkable and special things observed in the adopted community is the strong bond, warmth, and affection that grow between University volunteers and its residents. There is a real sense of family that comes from spending time with them. The kindness and support extended renders St. Arnold Janssen Parish a place where collaborative response to address the concerns of the community are made concrete.
2. Adopted School of USC Finance Division
The Internal Audit Department joins the USC Finance Division in helping the Binaliw National School in Binaliw, Talamban, Cebu City, believing that quality education is the key to creating a healthier, more caring, and more productive global society.
