Our goal is to support the University in the realization of its organizational mission and core functions. We do this by ensuring that its human resources are qualified, competent and capable of contributing to the strategic direction of the University.
Through collaborative relationships within and outside the University, we seek to enhance the quality of work life by creating a climate conducive to the personnel and professional development of each member of the University community and in so doing increase productivity.
