Vice President for Administration
 The Vice President for Administration (VPAd) is the chief administrative officer of the University. He exercises jurisdiction over the Directors of the Library System, Student Personnel Services, General Services, Testing and Admissions and the Campus Administrators. Attached to his office are the Administrative Council, the Council of Service Support Heads, the Board of Athletics, the Performing Arts Groups, the Property Admninistrator, the Band Master and Conductor of USC Choristers and USC Symphonic Band, the Curator of the University Museum, the Chief of Security and Safety, the Head of Sports and Recreational Facilities, the Administrator of the Retreat House, and the Supervisor of the TC Dormitories. He also coordinates with the Human Resources Management Office for employee concerns.
