Functions
Proper allocation of funds based on the approved financial policies
Collation of the budget proposals for the fiscal year prepared by heads of various responsibility centers
Monitors the overall budget performance of the university and ensures effective spending for the fiscal year.

Functions
Purchase of items required for the efficient operations of the university based on its approved purchasing policies. It has four warehouses located at Main Campus, Talamban Campus, North Campus and South Campus.

The Budget and Purchasing Office is opened from 8:00-12:00 and 1:30 to 5:30 , Monday to Friday. During Saturdays it is opened from 8:00-12:00; however during summer time, enrolment period and term tests, it is also opened from 1:30 to 4:45 p.m.
The office is headed by Ms. Fe Carmen J. Taparra Bachelor of Science of Commerce Major in Accounting.
