Procedure for Cross-Enrolment
  • Prepare a letter in two (2) copies addressed to: The Vice President for Academic Affairs
    University of San Carlos
    Cebu City
    Please state the following:       
    • Course and year
    • Semester/term when you intend to graduate
    • Enumerate in your letter the course/s you enroled in the University of San Carlos and the course/s you wish to cross-enrol in another school, per example below:

    COURSE/S TAKEN IN USC
    Course No. Descriptive Title Units - Class Schedule
    ________ _____________ _______  __________ ________ _____________ _______  __________

    COURSE/S TO BE TAKEN IN (state the name of the University)
    Course No. Descriptive Title Units - Class Schedule
    ________ _____________ _______  __________ ________ _____________ _______  __________

  • Attach a photocopy of student’s admission slip (study load) as proof of official enrolment in USC.
  • Attach a photocopy of deficiency slip issued by the Evaluation Section.
  • Secure recommendations/comments and/or approval from: a. Course Chairperson (for service courses only) b. Department Chairperson c. College Dean
  • Submit the above documents to the Office of the Registrar, for the preparation of the official cross-enrolment permit, if found to be in order.
  • Submit the ORIGINAL CROSS-ENROLMENT PERMIT to the Registrar of the other school as your admission credential. Upon admission, the Registrar will affix his signature on the cross-enrolment permit, and retained the original copy for their file.
  • Submit the remaining two (2) copies to the Office of the Registrar, University of San Carlos, immediately after you have enrolled in other school; otherwise, your enrollment will not be considered official.
IMPORTANT:
  • There must be at least one (1) hour allowance in your class schedules between USC and the other school for commuting time.
  • Any alteration or erasures to the documents shall make your cross-enrolment null and void.
