ATHLETICS ADMISSION POLICIES
A. General Principles
Admission to the University of San Carlos is granted to athletes who present complete and valid credentials and who meet the admission requirements.
B. Admission Requirements
B.1. Elementary & High School Graduates. Elementary & High School graduates must have an average grade of 78% or above, and 78% or above in English, Mathematics and Science. They are required to submit the following at the time of their enrolment:
Original Form 138-A (High School Report Card)
Original or Certified copy or Birth Certificate
One recent colored 2x2 passport picture
Certified Copy of Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR), if Alien.
B.2. Transferees. Transferees are those athletes who wish to enroll in the University after having been enrolled in another institution. They must have no failing grades from their previous curriculum, and must pass the validating examinations in all basic courses, if these are required. Transferees must submit at the time of their enrolment the following:
Certificate of transfer credentials (Honorable Dismissal)
Informative copy of the transcript of records
Certificate of good moral character
Original or certified copy of Birth Certificate
One recent colored of Alien certificate of registration (ACR) if Alien
B.3. The office of Athletics will take care of the enrolment of the Athletes.
