The Talamban Master Plan of the Palafox and Associates envisions a university town in which 30 percent of the campus is open for commercial ventures to help fund the 70 percent academic component. Palafox’s version of Vision 2020 includes a university mall, a planetarium, a retirement village for faculty and alumni, a central library, a cultural center, sports and leisure facilities, and even a cemetery.
