USC mourns the passing of registrar staff Gabales
The Carolinian community mourns the untimely demise of Tertuliano N. Gabales Jr. last January 28, 2018. Gabales is a staff at the Office of the University Registrar. He was 52. His remains now lie at his residence in Moalboal, Cebu. Tags: Announcement
