Carolinian tops Civil Engineer Licensure Examination
Engr. Lou Mervin Tristan P. Mahilum (photo), who graduated Cum Laude in May 2019, topped all 6,510 successful examinees of the Civil Engineering Licensure Examination given in November 2019. Engr.
