USC grads place 8th in Civil Engineer exam

USC graduates John Philippe Dakay and Matthew Niño Dy clinched 8th place with a rating of 91.15% in the November 2021 Civil Engineer Licensure Examination conducted by the Professional Regulation Commission.  Aside from the two board placers, 36 other Carolinian graduates hurdled the examination.
