The Office of External Relations recently issued an advisory for possible admission of new international students following the Commission on Higher Education guidelines. Fr. Eleno P. Bucia, SVD, Director of the Office of External Relations and Coordinator for the Carolinian international students, directed students to access USC’s proprietary ISMIS for admission-related information.
