The Offices of the Vice Presidents for Academics and Administration have released a joint memorandum for the Carolinian community concerning Saturday classes that may be affected by the Solemn Procession on Saturday, January 20, 2018 as well as declaring Monday, January 22, 2018 a rest day after the Sinulog Grand Parade on Sunday.
