USC confers President Emeritus on Fr. Dionisio M. Miranda, SVD

The University of San Carlos Board of Trustees and Cabinet conferred the title President Emeritus on Fr. Dionisio M. Miranda, SVD, S.Th.D. in a simple ceremony on May 11, 2023 at the Fr. Michael Richartz Conference Center in Talamban Campus.

Fr. Miranda served an unprecedented four consecutive terms as University President and steered USC through the Philippine education reforms. His impact went beyond the University, influencing the Philippine’s preparations and transition into the K+12 educational system.
