USC ranks 88th among SEA universities

The University of San Carlos ranked 88th among Southeastern Asia universities and placed in the 551 to 600 bracket among Asian universities, according to the ranking body Quacquarelli Symonds (QS) which released the Asia University Rankings on November 8, 2023.

In June, USC debuted in the QS World University Rankings (see related story).

Also according to the QS report, there were 857 institutions that were ranked in Asia, 16 of which are from the Philippines. USC ranked highest on employer reputation (242) and academic reputation (251+), and was the 2nd best institution in the Philippines in the citations per paper category.
