University research conferences start tomorrow

Three university research conferences will be held this week in Talamban Campus. The 8th International Conference on Business and Economy (ICBE) will be on April 19 and 20, followed by the 7th University Research Conference (URCon) on April 20 and 21, and finally the Sustainable Energy Ecosystems 4th International Conference (SEECON) on April 21 and 22.

Interested participants can still register on-site. Registration fee for regular participants (faculty members, staff, graduate students, and non-USC participants) is Php3,500.00 while the fee for undergraduate and Senior High School students is Php 1,000.00. Registration fee is inclusive of lunch and snacks.

8th International Conference on Business and Economy (ICBE)

The 8th International Conference on Business and Economy (ICBE) will be held on April 19 and 20, 2023 and features Atty. Mae Elaine T. Bathan, Undersecretary for Legal and Special Concerns and Chief of Staff, Department of Tourism, as well as Dr. Pernia (joint keynote for the 7th URCon). Three plenary speakers include Alejandro N. Herrin (Visiting Research Fellow, USC Office of Population Studies Foundation, Inc.), Wendell D. Ganhinhin (Partner and Head, P&A Grant Thornton), and Shannen Keisha L. Tan (President, Mezzo Hotel).
