Alumna is 3rd place in librarian exam

Frances Riscel S. Padin (above) placed 3rd with a rating of 88.4% in the Librarian Licensure Examination held last September 18 and 19, 2018 in nine cities all over the Philippines. USC guidance counselor Lorille Mae Gesultura Aguilar (see photo above) placed 2nd with a rating of 89.60% in the Guidance Counselor Licensure Examination given on August 29-30, 2018 in Manila, Cebu, and Cagayan de Oro.
